Late registration fee for registrations received after August 30, 2008 $20.00
Equipment DepositThere will be no equipment deposit this year. If equipment is not turned in on time there will be a $600.00 charge to replace the equipment.
REGISTRATION OPTIONS
Volunteer Bond $ 50.00A cheque in the amount of $50.00 is required to be paid at the time of registration towards the Volunteer Bond. The $50.00 will be refunded at the end of the season providing a minimum of 5 hours of volunteer service has been provided to the league throughout the season by someone in the player’s family. QUESNEL & VANDERHOOF exempt in lieu of travel expense.A list of volunteer opportunities has been provided for you to complete and return with the registration package. This will be forwarded to your team parent/manager. Volunteer hours will be tracked by your team parent/manager.
Travel Expense- Bantam Travel Team Deposit $500.00All players are responsible for their own travel expenses. You will be required to provide these funds prior to the first away game. All monies are to be paid to Prince George Minor Football Association. Fundraising and sponsorship monies can be raised to help towards the expenses of travel.CHEQUES or MONEY ORDERSAll payments are to be made to the league in the form of a cheque or a money order. These can be made payable to “Prince George Minor Football Association” or “PGMFA”. All cheques are to be made payable no later than the August 30, 2007 registration deadline. A charge of $25.00 will be applied on all NSF cheques.Amounts can be combined onto one cheque or money order. Receipts for tax purposes will include the Registration Fee only, as other expenses are not tax deductible. REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS AUGUST 30, 2008. THERE WILL NOT BE REGISTRATION AT EQUIPMENT NIGHT. ALL FORMS and MONIES MUST BE MAILED TO: Box 1084, Prince George, BC V2L 4V2.
