Volunteer Bond $75.00 is required as a part of your registration. The $75.00 will be refunded at the end of the season providing a minimum of 5 hours of volunteer service has been provided to the league throughout the season by someone in the player’s family. QUESNEL & VANDERHOOF are exempt in lieu of travel expense. A list of volunteer opportunities has been provided for you to complete and return with the registration package. This will be forwarded to your team parent/manager. It is the dual responsibility of the team manager and you, the parent, to ensure accurate recording of your volunteering hours.
All players are responsible for their own travel expenses. All monies are to be paid to Prince George Minor Football Association. Fundraising and sponsorship monies can be raised to help towards the expenses of travel.

CHEQUES or MONEY ORDERSAll payments are to be made to the league in the form of a cheque or a money order. These can be made payable to “Prince George Minor Football Association” or “PGMFA”. All cheques are to be made payable no later than the June 30, 2009 registration deadline unless other arrangements have been made with Judy Clark 964-2207. Amounts can be combined onto one cheque or money order. A $25.00 charge will be levied for all NSF cheques. An NSF cheque will result in the automatic cancellation of your registration and you will then be required to re-register, late fees will be charged if past the designated date. Receipts will be handed out at year end , for tax purposes will include the Registration Fee only, as other expenses are not tax deductible. REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS JUNE 30 TH 2009.
